FAQ

Billing questions

How are transactional emails counted?

Only transactional emails count: mail your app sends through the API or SMTP relay. Each one counts once, with up to 50 recipients. Mail from your team's mailboxes isn't counted or billed.

What if I go over my transactional allowance?

Your app keeps sending, and extra transactional emails are billed per 1,000: $0.70 (₦700) on Mini, $0.65 (₦650) on Business, $0.60 (₦600) on Enterprise. Sending stops at twice your allowance by default.

Which currencies can I pay in?

US dollars or Nigerian naira, by card. The currency is fixed for a subscription. To switch, let it end at the close of the period and subscribe again.

Do I pay per person?

No. Each plan is one flat monthly price, and storage is shared across every mailbox. Extra storage is $0.50 (₦500) per GB a month.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Move up any time. Move down as long as your workspace fits the smaller plan.
